Toby, once a formidable figure in Hongtai City, was framed by his backer Richard and almost became the scapegoat for Richard to legitimize his business. In order to prevent Richard from continuing his malevolent activities, Toby used his own methods to expose Richard's clandestine businesses to the public. Richard then turned away and concealed his achievements and fame.
