A wealthy woman, committed to singlehood, found herself drawn to the bartender at a local bar. After a night of passion, they became secret lovers. However, the bartender was only pretending to be in love to deceive her out of her money, hoping to save his first love. She no longer wished to endure a life of poverty with the bartender and pretended to have leukemia to push him away. As the wealthy woman arranged for the bartender to be taken abroad for kidney transplant surgery for her brother, the man's first love, who was caring for the brother, encountered the bartender.
